A photo sent by WhatsApp or Telegram starts the process. Handwriting recognition, correction and the overview are automated; office staff resolve exceptions, confirm customer and period, and review the email draft before sending.
Selling on eBay and Kleinanzeigen
Take the photos and approve the draft. Pricing, copy, publication, status updates and relisting unsold items run automatically.
From receipt to ELSTER filing
Receipts from email and a folder are captured, coded to accounts and matched against online bank statements automatically, without sevDesk or any other external accounting software. The advance VAT return goes straight to ELSTER after approval; people resolve exceptions and approve the return.
