Photograph and send the receipt. Automation handles handwriting recognition, matching, the monthly overview and the payment request.

End-user workflow: receipt photo via WhatsApp or Telegram, handwriting recognition, correction of unclear details, monthly overview, payment request, and final review and dispatch by office staff.

The role of C&C

Codex and Claude Code delivered the flow from the messenger photo to the ready-to-send payment request, including implementation, testing, peer review and deployment.

Technical background: messenger intake, handwriting recognition, review interface, PDF generation and prepared email delivery.
